Business Problem

As Sky move into more international territories a need was identified to unify a range of internally used content management systems from a range of providers.

Approach

As part of a two UXer team we created a CMS that covered the needs of the many different departments and role types needed to deliver multiple experiences across multiple devices across multiple geographies.

Solution

Working with departments and teams as well as product owners and business leads in an agile environment, I created the art direction for the UI initially then moved to create prototypes and wireframes to help describe journeys and processes as part of a UX and design team. This, always twinned with the gathering of data and research from the team members from different departments across Sky's many businesses.
